Mary Taylor, Drug Court Manager, Department of Judicial Administration, and Jim Vollendroff, Assistant Manager, Department of Community and Human Services, answered questions from the Committee. A motion was made by Councilmember Edmonds to adopt the amendment. The motion passed 4-0 with Councilmembers Pelz, Pullen and McKenna excused. |
