by and between King County and International Federation of Professional & Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Information Technology), representing employees in the department of executive services (information and telecommunications division; records, elections and licensing services division; finance and business operations division; facilities management division; and office of emergency management); department of community and human services; department of adult and juvenile detention; department of development and environmental services; department of judicial administration; and department of natural resources and parks; and establishing the effective date of said agreement. |
