AN ORDINANCE authorizing approval of an amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation
Agreement between King County and the Pacific Hospital Preservation and Development
Authority for the provision of health care services to indigent persons.

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0230 Mr. Irons
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to enter into an interlocal agreement with
Immigration and Customs Enforcement allowing the sheriff's office to participate in a joint task
force.

4. Proposed Motion No. 2004-0305 Ms. Lambert
A MOTION authorizing the executive to accept a donation of five thousand dollars from the
American Association of Retired Persons to King County judicial administration in support of
the Elder Abuse Conference to be held Sept. 13, 14 and 15, 2004.

A MOTION authorizing the executive to accept a donation of one thousand dollars from the
Alzheimer's Association to King County department of judicial administration in support of the
Elder Abuse Conference to be held September 13, 14 and 15, 2004.

A MOTION authorizing the executive to accept a donation of up to ten thousand dollars from
the Department of Social and Health Services in support of the Elder Abuse Conference to be
