The King County Flood Control District will be holding a Hybrid Meeting. You may  
attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers (Room 1001, 516 3rd Avenue

Vice Chair Perry moved to approve the minutes of the March 10, 2026, April 21, 2026,  
and April 28, 2026, meetings as presented. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

A RESOLUTION updating the appointment of the agent to receive claims for damages against the King  
County Flood Control Zone District under chapter 4.96 RCW; and repealing FCD2011-01.  
Charlotte Archer, District Legal Counsel, briefed the Board and answered questions.  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Perry that this FCD Resolution be Passed.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

Michelle Clark, District Executive Director, briefed the Board and answered questions.
