The Labor, Operations and Technology Committee meeting was called to order at 9:40 a.m. in the
Metropolitan King County Council Chambers, 10th Floor, King County Courthouse, by Chair Dow Constantine. |

and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 representing employees in the prosecuting attorney's office; and establishing the effective date of said agreement. |

memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Washington State Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 2084SC (superior court - staff - wages only) representing employees in the superior court and establishing the effective date of said agreement. |

Mike Alvine, Council Staff, briefed the committee. Bob Railton, Labor Negotiator, Department of
Executive Services, John Cole, Union Staff Representative, Washington State Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 2084-SC, Dave Gaba, Manager, Labor Relations, Department of Executive Services, and Kathy Oglesby, Labor Liason to the King County Executive, answered questions from the members. Mr. Constantine deferred action on this item until the end of the agenda. The committee recessed from 11:02 a.m. until 11:32 a.m. |
