Call to Order
The Metropolitan King County Council's Committee-of-the-Whole meeting was called to order at
11:40 a.m. by Madam Chair Cynthia Sullivan.

1. Additions to the Council's agenda of February 18, 2003
Proposed Ordinance 2003-0070 was placed on the Metropolitan King County Council's agenda for
introduction and action.

 
2. Approval of Minutes of January 27, 2003 and February 3, 2003
Councilmember Gossett moved to approve the meeting minutes of January 27, 2003 and February 3,
2003 as presented. The motion passed.
