AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an agreement between King County
and the Northwest Center for transfer of the Mt. Rainier pool in Des Moines to the Northwest
Center.

A MOTION approving the parks division's March 6, 2003, program policies and project
selection guidelines for distribution of funds for the Association Development and Operating
Partnerships program, as required by Ordinance 14517.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement between King
County and the Si View metropolitan park district for transfer of Si View park, Shamrock park
and Si View community center and pool to the city; and declaring an emergency.
