fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2005, setting the sewer rate for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2005, and approving the
amount of the sewage treatment capacity charge for 2005; and amending Ordinance 12353,
Section 2, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.90.010, Ordinance 11398, Section 1, as amended, and
K.C.C. 28.84.055 and Ordinance 11034, Section 5, as amended, and K.C.C. 28.84.050.

AN ORDINANCE relating to proviso language in the 2002 4th Quarter Omnibus Ordinance,
and the 2003 Budget Ordinance regarding the King County Correctional Facility integrated
security electronic project; modifying certain proviso language; and amending the 2002 Budget
Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Section 199, as amended, Ordinance 14517, Section 118, as
amended, and the 2003 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14517, Section 118, as amended.
