A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Justin Walsh, who resides in council
district five, to the King County civil rights commission.

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0180 Ms. Patterson and Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement and four
memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Washington State
Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 1652R (Industrial and Hazardous
Waste), representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks; and
establishing the effective date of said agreement.

4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0181 Ms. Patterson and Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by
and between King County and Washington State Council of County and City Employees,
Council 2, Local 2084-S (Juvenile Detention Division Supervisors) representing employees in
the department of adult and juvenile detention; and establishing the effective date of said
agreement.

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by
and between King County and Washington State Council of County and City Employees,

King County superior court; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.
