ANNEXATION PETITION NO. P-370-S LEGAL DESCRIPTION

A description of the proposed annexation is as follows:

Those portions of Sections 26,35 and 36, Township 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 26, said point being on the existing corporate boundary of Soos Creek Water & Sewer District;

Thence Westerly along the North line of the South half of said Southeast quarter of Section 26 to the East line of the West half of the Southeast quarter of said Southeast quarter of Section 26;

Thence Southerly along said East line to the South line of said Southeast quarter of Section 26, also being the North line of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 22 North, Range 5 East, W,M., in King County, Washington (also being the centerline of S.E, 272nd Street (S,S,H. No, 5A));

Thence Westerly along said North line to the Northeast corner of the West 80 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Northeast quarter of Section 35;

Thence departing said existing corporate boundary, Southerly along the East line of said West 80 feet to the Southeast corner of the West 80 feet of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 35;

Thence Westerly along the South line of said West 80 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 35 to the West line of the East half of said Northeast quarter of Section 35;

Thence Southerly along said West line to the Southwest corner of said East half;

Thence continuing Southerly along the West line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 35 to it's intersection with the Southerly margin of a 125-foot wide Bonneville Power Administration transmission line easement;

Thence Southeasterly, along said southerly margin, and its southeasterly extension thereof

Thence Westerly 637.59 feet along said North line of Covington Homes to the East line of Covington Firs as recorded in Volume 100 of Plats, Pages 100 and 101, records of King County, Washington;
