A RULE AND REGULATION relating to the fee for dishonored checks; repealing R&R 7, Chapter 5, as  
amended, and BOH 2.06.020; enacted pursuant to RCW 70.05.060, including the latest amendments  
or revisions thereto.

& King County, briefed the Board and answered questions.  
A Public Hearing was held and closed. A motion was made by Boardmember  
Lam that this R&R be Passed. The motion carried by the following vote:
