A MOTION related to the keeping of dogs and cats, clarifying the relationship between the
provisions of K.C.C. Title 21A (Zoning Code) and K.C.C. Title 11 (Animal Control), and reinforcing the intent of the council in their adoption of K.C.C. 11.04.010.B to have the provisions of K.C.C. Title 21A prevail in any instance where there are conflicting provisions. |
