2. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0310 Mr. Pelz and Mr. McKenna
AN ORDINANCE relating to the housing and community development program; authorizing
the county executive to enter into a three-year interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of
Renton for the purpose of jointly administering community development block grant funds from
the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and undertaking housing and
community development activities within that jurisdiction.

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0262 Ms. Sullivan
AN ORDINANCE related to zoning, allowing lot clustering in agricultural zones, amending
Ordinance 10870 Section 341 as amended and KCC 21A.12.040.

4. Proposed Motion No. 2002-0291 Ms. Hague and Mr. Irons
A MOTION relating to planning, directing the King County executive to study the potential for
the short subdivision of lands in the rural areas of King County and to identify policy and code
barriers preventing the fair treatment of rural residents.

5. Proposed Motion No. 2002-0314 Ms. Hague
A MOTION related to the keeping of dogs and cats, clarifying the relationship between the
provisions of K.C.C. Title 21A (Zoning Code) and K.C.C. Title 11 (Animal Control), and
reinforcing the intent of the council in their adoption of K.C.C. 11.04.010.B to have the
provisions of K.C.C. Title 21A prevail in any instance where there are conflicting provisions.
