A MOTION establishing the King County 2026 State Legislative Priorities.  
Mac Nicholson, Director, Government Relations, King County Council, briefed the  
committee and answered questions from the members.  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Mosqueda that this motion be passed out of  
committee without a recommendation. The motion carried by the following  
vote:

Briefing on King County Housing Needs Assessment  
Sunaree Marshall, Director, DCHS Housing and Community Development Division,  
Morgan Shook, Director, ECOnorthwest, and Lee Ann Ryan, Senior Project Manager,  
ECOnorthwest, briefed the committee via PowerPoint presentation and answered  
questions from the members.  
This matter was presented.
