| AN ORDINANCE authorizing the King County executive to execute an amendment to the
1976 Memorandum Agreement regarding the Interstate 90 (I-90) corridor. |

| Doug Hodson, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2004-0250. Andrea Tull,
I-90 Project Manager, Agnes Govern, Sound Transit and David Hopkins, King County Executive's Office were present to brief and answer questions from the members. Ms. Patterson moved amendments 1 & 2 and three Technical Amendments were adopted 5-0-2 with Councilmembers McKenna and Irons excused. |

| A motion was made by Ms. Patterson that this matter be Recommended Do Pass Substitute. The
motion carried by the following vote: |
