A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Holly Plackett, who resides in council
district three, to the Seattle-King County transit advisory committee.

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0369 Mr. Constantine and Mr. von Reichbauer
AN ORDINANCE relating to electrical personal assistive mobility devices and motorized foot
scooters; regulating the use and operation of such vehicles; adding a new chapter to K.C.C.
Title 46 and prescribing penalties.

4. Proposed Motion No. 2004-0396 Ms. Lambert
A MOTION declaring the intention of the King County council to create Road Improvement
District No. 133 to improve Northeast 52nd Street from Ames Lake-Carnation Road Northeast
to 298th Avenue Northeast, to confirm the final assessment roll for Road Improvement District
No. 133, and set the date for a public hearing.

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0397 Ms. Lambert
AN ORDINANCE creating King County Road Improvement District No. 133 and ordering the
improvement of a portion of Northeast 52nd Street from Ames Lake - Carnation Road
Northeast to 298th Avenue Northeast, authorizing interim financing, confirming the final
assessment roll and levying assessments against the property within the district.
