The meeting of the Natural Resources, Parks and Open Space Committee was called to order at 1:46
P.M.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement between
King County and the city of Sammamish for transfer to the city of Beaver Lake Park; and
declaring an emergency.
Mike Reed, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2002-0504. There was an
amendment #1 and a Title amendment adopted.
A motion was made by Mr. von Reichbauer that this matter be Recommended Do Pass
Substitute. The motion carried by the following vote:

Yes: 4 - Ms. Edmonds, Mr. Phillips, Mr. von Reichbauer and Mr. Constantine
No: 0

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement between
King County and the city of Auburn for transfer to the city of Lea Hill and Auburndale
Two parks; and declaring an emergency.
Mike Reed, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2002-0579. There was an
amendment adopted.
A motion was made by Mr. von Reichbauer that this matter be Recommended Do Pass
Substitute. The motion carried by the following vote:

King County and the city of Redmond for transfer to the city of Bridle Crest Trail.

A motion was made by Mr. von Reichbauer that this matter be Recommended Do Pass. The
