The meeting of the Natural Resources, Parks and Open Space Committee was called to order at 1:46
P.M.

King County and the city of Sammamish for transfer to the city of Beaver Lake Park; and
declaring an emergency.
Mike Reed, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2002-0504. There was an
amendment #1 and a Title amendment adopted.
A motion was made by Mr. von Reichbauer that this matter be Recommended Do Pass
Substitute. The motion carried by the following vote:
