AN ORDINANCE adopting the federal National Incident Management System ("NIMS") for
King County government.

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the addendum to the collective bargaining
agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters
Local 174 representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks; and
establishing the effective date of said agreement.

4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0532 Ms. Patterson and Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement and one
memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Public, Professional &
Office-Clerical Employees and Drivers, Teamsters Local 763 representing employees in the
department of assessments; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2005-0025 Ms. Patterson
AN ORDINANCE relating to an extension of the term of cable television franchise 12132 and
cable television franchise 11680 for an additional five years; amending Ordinance 15098,
Section 6, and repealing Ordinance 15098, Attachment B.
