Mr. von Reichbauer moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2002 meeting without reading.
Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

Evetts Park Division I - District 12
Treemont North Division III - District 3
Ms. Hague moved to adopt the DDES finding of fact that the final plats of Evetts Park Division I and
Treemont North Division III comply with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and other
applicable laws, and that the Chair is authorized to signify Council approval by signing the final
plats at the end of the meeting. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $142,664 to district court from
the current expense fund, fund balance; amending the 2001 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance
14018, Section 32, as amended.
On 3/11/2002, a public hearing was held and closed.
The enacted number is 14298.
A motion was made by Mr. Phillips that this matter be Passed. The motion carried by the

October 1, 2000, and October 1, 2001, respectively.
