Vice Chair Quinn moved approval of the August 20, 2025, meeting minutes. There  
being no objections, the minutes were approved.

AN ORDINANCE revising the corporate boundary of the city of Enumclaw to include the unincorporated  
portions of Southeast 440th Street right-of-way as provided for in RCW 35A.21.210.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Quinn that this Ordinance be

efforts in the Snoqualmie and South Fork Skykomish Watershed within Water Resource Inventory Area  
7, the Lake Washington/Cedar/Sammamish Watershed also known as Water Resource Inventory Area  
8, and the Green/Duwamish and Central Puget Sound Watershed also known as Water Resource  
Inventory Area 9.

Natural Resources and Parks, answered questions from the members.

continued collection of school impact fees.  
Erin Auzins, Council staff, briefed the committee and answered questions from the  
members. Vice Chair Quinn moved approval of striking amendment S1. The  
amendment was adopted.
