      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Public Safety Employees Union (Fire Marshal) representing employees in the department of development and environmental services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2011, through and including December 31, 2014.
