      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 (Involuntary Commitment Specialists - Mental Health) representing employees in the department of community and human services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2010, through and including December 31, 2011.
