AN ORDINANCE abolishing various operating and capital funds and sub-funds in fiscal year 2010; transferring any remaining net assets and fund balances; making technical corrections; amending Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 and repealing Ordinance 12076, Section 17, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.100.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted the abolishment of operating and capital funds in fiscal year 2010 as presented in section 2 of this ordinance, and the transfer of any remaining net assets and fund balances as presented in Attachment A to this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The following operating and capital funds and sub-funds are hereby abolished:

SECTION 3. Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
