                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memoranda of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Corrections Guild, representing correction officer and sergeant employees in the department of adult and juvenile detention, which are Attachment A, Attachment B, Attachment C, and Attachment D to this ordinance, are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on the effective date of this ordinance, through and including December 31, 2025.
