BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated August 2, 2010, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Mike Akers and Jason Weatherholtz for property located at 7418 - 408th Avenue SE, Snoqualmie, WA 98065, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no.
