BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated March 18, 2010, to approve, subject to conditions, the application for current use assessment for timberland submitted by Jeffrey Peterson for property located Adjacent to and north of 9030 Tolt Highlands Road NE, Carnation, WA 98014, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and
land resources division, file no. E09CT048, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
