A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Menstrual Hygiene Product Implementation Plan as required by the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 120, Proviso P1.

                     WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 120, appropriated moneys for the facilities management internal service fund and included Proviso P1, requiring executive transmittal of a plan to make available free menstrual hygiene products in restrooms for all county-owned facilities, receipt of which is to be acknowledged by the council by motion;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the menstrual hygiene product implementation plan, as described in this motion and required under the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance

19546, Section 120, Proviso P1, and which is Attachment A to this motion, is hereby acknowledged.
