Title

A MOTION authorizing the chair to enter into a contract for website maintenance and hosting services.

Body

                     WHEREAS, King County Flood Control Zone District ("the District") Executive Committee Motion FCDECM2020-03 authorized the chair of the District to enter into an agreement for website redesign, software maintenance and hosting with AndiSites Inc. ("AndiSites") in 2020, and

                     WHEREAS, AndiSites has provided website maintenance and hosting services for the District since the completion of the District website redesign was completed in 2020, and the District desires to ratify these actions, and

                     WHEREAS, the District has determined it is in the best interest of the District to continue to contract with AndiSites to provide website maintenance and hosting services as set forth in Attachment A to this motion; and

                     WHEREAS, inclusive of the proposed additional contract term, the total cost of all services provided to the District falls within the delegated authority of the Executive Committee and scope of the initial procurement process;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:

                     SECTION 1.  The chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is

authorized to execute the "King County Flood Control Zone District Contract for Professional Services," Attachment A to this motion. The Executive Committee ratifies all actions taken prior to this Motion consistent with the authorization set out herein.
