Title

A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the updated implementation plan on restorative community pathways required by the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 18, Proviso P2, as amended by Ordinance 19307, Section 7, and Ordinance 19364, Section 14, related to the office of performance, strategy and budget.

Body

                     WHEREAS, the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 18, Proviso P2, as amended by Ordinance 19307, Section 7, and Ordinance 19364, Section 14, related to the office of performance, strategy and budget, requires the executive to transmit an updated implementation plan on restorative community pathways, and

                     WHEREAS, the proviso further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the updated implementation plan;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The receipt of the udpated implementation plan on restorative community pathways, which is Attachment A to this motion, in compliance with 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 18,  Proviso P2, as amended by Ordinance

19307, Section 7, and Ordinance 19364, Section 14, related to the office of performance, strategy and budget, is hereby acknowledged.
