Title

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the King County executive to enter into an agreement with the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network Operator, as tenant, for county-controlled land located at 14600 Rattlesnake Road SE, Snoqualmie, in council district three.

Body

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

1.  The facilities management division determined that the county should award an agreement for the county-controlled land located at 14600 Rattlesnake Road SE, Snoqualmie, through a direct negotiation with interested parties without bidding pursuant to K.C.C. 4.56.160.

2.  The facilities management division successfully negotiated an agreement for the county-controlled land with the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network Operator.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a communications site and access agreement granting a license to the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network Operator to operate on county-controlled land located at 14600 Rattlesnake Road SE, Snoqualmie, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, contingent upon both parties executing an amendment to the communications site and access agreement substantially in the form of Attachment B to this ordinance.  Upon execution of both the agreement and the amendment, the executive is authorized to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the amended communications site and access agreement.
