STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from GC Columbia, LLC, located at 701 5th Avenue, Seattle, within council district eight, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a lease for the property located at 701 5th Avenue, Seattle, with GC Columbia, LLC, substantially in the form of

Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
