      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The Addendum (Streetcar) to the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 587 collective bargaining agreement and two memoranda of agreement negotiated between King County and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 587 representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference and made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from September 1, 2007, through and including October 31, 2007.
