      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Information Technology) representing employees in the departments of adult and juvenile detention; community and human services; development and environmental services; executive services; judicial administration; natural resources and parks and the office of information resource management and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective upon implementation.
