      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  There is hereby approved and adopted an appropriation of $350,000 to the risk abatement/Dolan fund from the current expense fund for the purpose of paying preliminary litigation and administrative costs related to a 2006 legal matter.
      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15333, Section 36, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      EXECUTIVE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
      Executive contingency      ($350,000)
      SECTION 3.  Ordinance 15333, Section 40, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      GENERAL GOVERNMENT CX TRANSFERS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
      General government CX transfers      $350,000
      NEW SECTION.  SECTION 4.  There is hereby added to Ordinance 15333, as amended, a new section to read as follows:
