      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 representing employees in the departments of natural resources and parks and transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from February 19, 2006, through and including February 18, 2009.
