      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and the International Federation of Professional & Technical Engineers, Local 17 (Department of Public Health) representing employees in the department of public health and the department of community and human services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2005, through and including December 31, 2007.
