BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated May 25, 2005, to approve, subject to conditions, the application for current use assessment for timberland submitted by Gerald D. Brown and Karen Waters-Brown for property located at 44260 Southeast Edgewick Road, North Bend, WA 98045, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division, file no. E04CT057, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
