BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated May 25, 2005, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by William and Shawna Morency for property located at 24824 Southeast 200th Street, Maple Valley, WA 98038, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E04CT046 and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
