      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and one memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and Public, Professional & Office-Clerical Employees and Drivers, Teamsters Local 763 representing employees in the department of assessments and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from
January 1, 2004, through and including December 31, 2006.
