BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
NEW SECTION. SECTION 1. There is hereby added to K.C.C. chapter 4.08 a new section to read as follows:
Department of executive services information technology equipment replacement fund.
A. There is hereby created a department of executive services information technology equipment replacement fund. This fund shall be a first tier fund as described in this chapter. The county administrative officer of the department of executive services or his or her designee shall be the fund manager.
B. The purpose of the department of executive services equipment replacement fund is to account for revenues and expenditures for the full costing of replacing information technology hardware and software and other information technology equipment used by department of executive services agencies.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
