      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The six memoranda of agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional & Technical Engineers, Local 17, International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 and Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees, Local 519 representing employees in the departments of adult and juvenile detention, community and human services, development and environmental services, executive services, judicial administration, natural resources and parks, public health, transportation and the King County sheriff's office and establishing the effective date of said agreements and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective through and including December 31, 2006.
