      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate the findings and conclusions contained in the March 28, 2003 report and recommendation to the King County council by the hearing examiner and adopts as the decision of the council the recommendation by the hearing examiner to deny the application for reclassification of certain property located on the south side of SE 136th Street, between 156th Avenue SE and 160th Avenue SE, as requested by US Land Development Assocation/Centurion in DDES file no. L01TY401.
      SECTION 2.  The April 18, 2003 appeal by U.S. Land Development Association/Centurion is denied.
