      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate the findings and conclusions contained in the March 28, 2003 report and recommendation to the King County council by the hearing examiner and adopts as the decision of the council the recommendations by the hearing examiner to deny the application for preliminary plat approval of the proposed plat of 70 lots, received March 26, 2002, and to grant the application for preliminary approval, subject to the conditions recommended by the examiner, of the proposed 46 lot alternative plat of Evendell, received March 26, 2002, in DDES file no. L01P0016.
      SECTION 2.  The April 18, 2003 appeal by U.S. Land Development Association/Centurion is denied.
