AN ORDINANCE abolishing various operating and capital funds and sub-funds in fiscal year 2002; transferring any remaining net assets and fund balances; amending Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 and repealing Ordinance 13285, Section 2, and K.C.C. 4.08.310.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted the abolishment of operating and capital funds and sub-funds in fiscal year 2002 as presented in Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this ordinance, and the transfer of any remaining net assets and fund balances as presented in Attachment A to this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The following operating funds are hereby abolished:

SECTION 3. The following capital funds and sub-funds are hereby abolished:
