AN ORDINANCE relating to road names, changing the names of 76th Avenue Northeast, Northeast 112th Street, and 73rd Avenue Northeast to Champagne Point Road Northeast, changing the name of 75th Avenue Northeast to Champagne Point Lane Northeast and changing the name of a portion of Northeast 112th Street to Northeast Champagne Point Place.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. A. The roadway presently known as 76th Avenue Northeast, Northeast 112th Street, and 73rd Avenue Northeast (also known as Rainer Vista in accordance with the plan of Juanita Point Division 2) described as follows: beginning at the southerly margin of Holmes Point Road Northeast and the northeast corner of Lot 46 of Juanita Point Division 2, thence southerly to the southeast corner of Lot 50 of Juanita Point Division2, thence southwesterly to the southeast corner of Lot 37 of Juanita Point Division 2, thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Lot 1, King County Short Plat S90S0384, thence continuing northwesterly around a hairpin curve, west of Juanita Point Division 4 and thence continuing around the hairpin curve southeasterly, east of Tract A, Juanita Point Division 2, thence continuing southeasterly to the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Juanita Point Division 2, is hereby redesignated as Champagne Point Road Northeast as shown in the map on Attachment A to this ordinance.
B. The roadway presently known as 75th Avenue Northeast which is east of a line described as beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 37 of Juanita Point Division 2 and northerly to the northeast corner of Lot 8 of Juanita Point Division 4, is hereby redesignated as Champagne Point Lane Northeast as shown in the map on Attachment A to this ordinance.
