AN ORDINANCE making disappropriation of $456,067 from the current expense salary and wage contingency; making a supplemental appropriation to the current expense transfer fund for salary and benefit increases for the collective bargaining agreement between King County and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 2595 (Paramedics, Emergency Medical Services); and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 36 and 40, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby made a disappropriation of $456,067 from the current expense salary and wage contingency and appropriation of $456,067 to the current expense transfer fund for salary and benefit increases for the collective bargaining agreement between King County and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 2595 (Paramedics, Emergency Medical Services) to increase the EMS fund 1190.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14265, Section 36, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
SALARY AND WAGE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there is hereby disappropriated from:

SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 40, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
