      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 77 representing employees in the departments of executive services (information and telecommunications services) and transportation (road services division) and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from
January 1, 2002, through and including December 31, 2004.
