      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and Office and Professional Employees International Union Local 8 (Dental), representing employees in the department of public health and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from August 1, 2001, through and including July 31, 2004.
