      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Office & Professional Employees International Union, Local 8 (department of public health prevention division; department of community and human services mental health, chemical abuse and dependency services) representing employees in the departments of public health and community and human services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2000, through and including August 31, 2003.
