AN ORDINANCE making supplemental appropriations of $1,513,353 from the current expense fund to several current expense agencies; making a disappropriation of $385,084 from several current expense agencies; making a supplemental appropriation of $340,395 to various non-current expense agencies; short titled the 2002 First Quarter Omnibus Ordinance; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 5, 15, 16, 31, 73, 91 and 100, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted an ordinance making supplemental appropriations of $1,513,353 from the current expense fund to several current expense agencies; and making a disappropriation of $385,084 from several current expense agencies and making a supplemental appropriation of $340,395 to various non-current expense agencies. This ordinance is short titled the 2002 First Quarter Omnibus Ordinance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14265, Section 5, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
COUNCIL ADMINISTRATION - From the current expense fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
Council administration ($22,000)
SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 15, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
OFFICE OF REGIONAL POLICY AND PLANNING - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Office of regional policy and planning $22,000
SECTION 4. Ordinance 14265, Section 16, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
SHERIFF - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Sheriff $1,491,353
The maximum number of additional FTEs for sheriff shall be: 11.00
SECTION 5. Ordinance 14265, Section 31, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
