AN ORDINANCE providing for the correction of errors to the capital improvement sections of the 2002 Budget Ordinance; making supplemental appropriations and disappropriations from various capital funds; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 119 and 120, as amended, Section 119, Attachment 2, and Section 120, Attachment 3, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 14265, Section 119, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - From several capital improvement project funds there is hereby appropriated and authorized or disappropriated the following amounts for the specific projects identified in Attachment 2B to this ordinance:

SECTION 2. Attachment 2B to this ordinance hereby amends Attachment 2 to Ordinance 14265, as amended, by adding and canceling additional capital projects to those listed in Attachment 2 to Ordinance 14265, as amended.
SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 120, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
